NCCJ’s Building Inclusive Communities:
Partners for Educational Leadership is a proactive and strategic effort to provide human relations training to educators earlier in their careers. The initiative prepares and supports educators and prospective educators to develop and ultimately implement strategies which address inclusion and equity.
NCCJ High School Diversity Program “Building Bridges to Understanding”:
provides an action based approach to foster and promote understanding and respect in high schools. The program develops the capacity of school communities to address diversity issues by supporting and assisting the efforts of a team of educators and students who design and implement diversity projects in their respective schools.
NCCJ’s Workplace Training Program:
in partnership with Executive Diversity Services, provides practical and effective tools to manage diversity and is directed toward increasing one’s awareness, knowledge, and behavioral skills for business, companies and corporations.
NCCJ’s Building Inclusive Communities Partners for Interfaith Understanding:
provides forums, dialogue, and training to foster greater appreciation and respect of the many traditions of faith and practice in our communities.
