Resume and Biography
Milwaukee is my hometown. I feel such a connection to the people and the community of Milwaukee — no matter where I end up in the long run, I will always consider this to be my home. I have dedicated myself, since a young age, to bettering my surroundings. Volunteerism, theatre, political involvement — all have led me to further attain my goal of helping Milwaukee to be a better place.
Currently, I am a senior at Pius XI High School on the west side of Milwaukee. I am an intern at First Stage Children’s Theater, where I work for the Education and Marketing departments, as well as stage manage student productions. My greatest accomplishment as of late is, along with Kevin Schwartz, Ann Frkovich, and Peter Reeves, creating the Metro Milwaukee Young Playwrights Competition, which showcased the talents of Milwaukee’s up-and-coming stage writers.
In August, I will journey south to Chicago to attend The Theatre School at DePaul University, where I will major in Theatre Management — but rest assured that I will always return to my home.
