  • Join us for information regarding upcoming changes to Long Term Care (Family Care and IRIS) as Wisconsin plans for a new Long-Term Care system. This will affect the lives of people with disabilities, older adults, their families, care providers and provider agencies.

  • Learn about the Stakeholders’ Blueprint for Long-Term Care Redesign developed by the WI Long-Term Care Coalition. The Blueprint pulls together the best ideas from advocates/stakeholders and was recently given to the WI Department of Health Services, the WI Legislature and the public. Read it online at http://www.wilongtermcarecoalition.org

  • The presentation will begin at 3:00pm, followed by audience questions and discussion until 4:30 pm. This briefing will follow the 1 PM Milwaukee County Executive Forum – Come to the forum and stay for the briefing!
