The Women of Block 12: Voices from a Jail Ministry is a journey of growth and discovery. Linda began her ministry believing that she would be the teacher and the women her students. She discovered God had another plan. As the prisoners revealed their deepest personal experiences, the author realized she had much to learn about faith, courage and what it means to be a friend.

The Book is dedicated to:

The Women of Block 12 and all women who are confined in prisons of concrete and steel, prisons of addiction, or prisons of shame and regret.

This idea of providing a safe place for persons to come learn, share and discuss those topics we dare not bring up at the dinner table stems from the Table of the Saints expanding and improving upon our aftercare for the residents of TOTS Family House and those in the community with whom we mentor and participate in rebuilding the moral compass.
