Mental Health Task Force / Make It Work Milwaukee Update

Register now to participate in this May 4th Community Conversation – an important opportunity to provide input on priorities for the 2018 Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division budget. It’s vital to have strong participation from peers, advocates, families, providers and others who have insights to share regarding priorities for mental health services and supports. The Milwaukee County Mental Health Board is partnering with the Zeidler Center for Public Discussion to facilitate a guided community conversation to gain additional insight on community priorities for the 2018 budget.

Hillside Terrace Family Resource Center 1452 N 7th Street, Milwaukee

BHD staff will give a brief presentation on mental health services; Zeidler Center facilitators will guide participants in listening circles. This small-group format gives participants an opportunity to share personal experiences, ask questions, and provide in-depth community input that will help to shape BHD’s budget.
