Relief: Breaking News of Temporary Injunction Against Wisconsin Voter ID Law

NAACP Milwaukee and Voces de la Frontera win temporary injunction against Wisconsin’s Voter ID Law March 6, 2012. Circuit Judge David Flanagan ruled that the Voter ID Law is blocked until a five-day trial beginning April 16 determines its fate. Meanwhile, the 200,000 Wisconsin residents who do not have a photo ID will be able to vote on April 3, 2012.
