Save Lives, Join the Anti-Gun Violence Effort

My name is Amardeep Kaleka, and my father, Satwant Singh Kaleka, was murdered at the Sikh temple shooting in Oak Creek, Wisconsin alongside five other beautiful souls. My father was the leader of our temple, and during the shooting he did his best to stop the shooter and allow others to escape. I have no doubt that his actions saved lives, but he is gone, and my family misses him every day.

I’m in Washington, DC this week to tell my members of Congress about my father and ask them to act now to fix our broken gun laws and save the lives of other Americans.

I’m here with more than 120 gun violence survivors and family members of victims from around the country.

Please watch a short video I recorded last year, and support our efforts by calling your members of Congress in Wisconsin TODAY.

Thank you for making Wisconsin voices heard at this critical moment,

Amardeep Kaleka
