Added lines 1-2:

As we all know, Kellners Green House has become available to the community of Riverwest. The current owners do not wish the site to be turned into condos, preferring it remain a resource for the community much the same way it has been for two generations. The Riverwest community has had many planning sessions regarding Kellner’s future. Nothing definitive has been decided. However, now is the time to prepare our business plans and proposals so that in one year. we will be ready to step in and assume responsibility for day-to-day operation.
