Dear All,

Sophia’s car got towed last night
So the house did not get any attention.

It might be a while before
I return with any news of
Any progress.

I am told that what I wrote here
A couple of days back
Will be accessible even if I
Erased it.

We’ll see.

Today I suggested to Carl Quindel
That he partner with me and others
To transform Vel Phillips old home
On Booth and North, into a museum of sorts,
Along with very small living quarters
For the likes of old eccentrics like myself
And some of my friends.
